2Account Registration & Eligibility

4Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

A bet is only valid once confirmation is received from the xbaje com system. Bets without confirmation are not considered valid. If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, xbaje com reserves the right to cancel that bet or correct the odds.

If a match is abandoned or suspended

• If a match is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.
• If the match does not resume within 12 hours, the bet will be void.
• In cricket, if the Duckworth-Lewis rule applies, that result stands as final.
• For live bets, the bet is considered valid once a specified over or time period has elapsed.

Betting Limits

Xbaje com sets a maximum bet limit for each market. These limits may vary depending on the match and market. xbaje com reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without giving a reason.

Results Settlement

Bet outcomes are determined based on the official results of internationally recognised sports authorities. If no objection is raised within 24 hours of a result being published, the result will be considered final.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Xbaje com offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which are outlined in the respective offer details. That said, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

Welcome Bonus

• Available to newly registered users only.
• Up to 100% bonus on your first deposit.
• To withdraw your bonus, you must wager a minimum of 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting bonus or odds differences to generate risk-free profit.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same person's identity.
• False Information: Providing false or incorrect information during registration or KYC.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Attempting to breach the platform's security.
• Bots or Automated Software: Using automated software to place bets instead of doing so manually.
• Abusive Behavior: Abusive behavior toward customer support staff or other users.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Account Closure by You

You can close your account at any time by emailing our support team. We recommend withdrawing your balance before doing so. If you need Self-Exclusion, your account can be locked for a specified period.

Suspension by xbaje com

Xbaje com may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Upon instruction from legal authorities.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).

Upon account closure, your verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded — provided it has not been forfeited due to a breach of these Terms.

8Limitation of Liability

Xbaje com strives to maintain uninterrupted service at all times. However, xbaje com will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet connectivity issues or device malfunction.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions).
• Errors or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Service unavailability during scheduled technical maintenance.

In any dispute, xbaje com's maximum liability is limited to the original stake amount of the bet in question.

9Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or complaint, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. The support team will respond within 48 hours.

Complaints Process

10Right to Amend Terms
